Vera Adame

Vera Adame is a servant leader, nonprofit founder, and business professional with more than 20 years of leadership experience in customer service, sales operations, business development, and organizational management. Throughout her career, she has built a reputation for developing strong teams, improving operational excellence, and creating meaningful relationships centered on trust, integrity, and compassion.

Before founding Faithful Seeds, Vera spent nearly two decades in the automotive remarketing industry, where she managed high-performing customer service and sales teams while working alongside some of the nation's largest dealership groups. Her experience includes strategic planning, operations management, employee development, process improvement, customer experience, and cross-functional leadership. She is recognized for her ability to build systems that improve efficiency while maintaining a servant's heart toward both employees and customers.

Vera's greatest calling, however, extends far beyond the corporate world.

As the Founder and Executive Director of Faithful Seeds, Vera has dedicated her life to sharing the Gospel of Jesus Christ through practical acts of love and compassion.

Faithful Seeds is a Christ-centered 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization whose mission is to meet people where they are — physically, emotionally, and spiritually — through a mobile outreach ministry that delivers food, clothing, hygiene supplies, prayer, encouragement, community resources, and, most importantly, the hope of salvation found in Jesus Christ.

Under Vera's leadership, Faithful Seeds is developing an innovative mobile ministry that removes barriers preventing people from accessing both physical necessities and spiritual support. The organization seeks to plant seeds of faith by creating opportunities for authentic Gospel conversations, discipleship, and life transformation while serving vulnerable individuals and families with dignity and compassion.

Vera believes that meeting someone's immediate needs opens the door to something even greater — the opportunity to introduce them to the saving grace of Jesus Christ. Every outreach, every meal, every conversation, and every act of kindness is rooted in the belief that true transformation begins with salvation and a personal relationship with God.

Her vision is to see Faithful Seeds become a nationwide ministry that mobilizes churches, volunteers, donors, and communities to serve together while boldly proclaiming the Gospel. She is passionate about helping people discover hope, purpose, restoration, and freedom through Christ, trusting that God will direct every step according to His perfect will.

Vera leads with humility, faith, and unwavering dependence on God, believing that success is measured not by numbers alone but by lives changed for eternity. She remains committed to planting one seed at a time, knowing that God alone brings the harvest.
